T. Bear Inc. has finalized the required engineered site plan for its Wareham facility. The completion of these documents has now enabled T. Bear Inc. to apply for Special Permit, and will be presenting to the Zoning Board on Oct. 10, 2018
In conjunction with the site engineering and filing for Special Permit, T. Bear Inc. has been developing the 8,000 S.F. facilities overall design. This includes all aesthetic improvements, security systems, equipment selection and layout, as well as the M.E.P. upgrades. We anticipate this process to completed in the early October. Once these documents are completed and the Special Permit is secured T. Bear Inc. will be able to file for building Permit.
